What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, support analytics, and provide functionality. Cookies can be “persistent” (remaining until they expire or you delete them) or “session-based” (removed when you close your browser).

Cookie categories
Strictly necessary
Cookies essential for the website to function. We do not currently set any cookies in this category beyond standard server-side session handling that may be required by hosting infrastructure.
Analytics and performance
These cookies allow us to measure how visitors use Sightline so we can improve it. PostHog (self-hosted by us in the EU, reverse-proxied through /ingest/*) and Vercel Analytics fall into this category. The data collected is aggregated and used for product and performance analysis.
Functional
These cookies are set only when you interact with embedded third-party widgets. Today the only widget on this site is the Cal.com booking embed on the CTA section.
Manual opt-out
Sightline does not currently display a consent banner. You can opt out of analytics tracking using one of the methods below.
Browser-level controls
Most browsers let you block cookies, send Do-Not-Track signals, or run a stricter tracking-protection mode. Helpful links:

posthog.opt_out_capturing();PostHog will then store an opt-out preference and stop capturing events on this device. To opt back in, run posthog.opt_in_capturing().
Opt out by email
If you would prefer we exclude your data manually, email stephen@granitemarketing.co.uk and we will action it.
What happens if you disable cookies
- The Cal.com booking widget may not work correctly, which would prevent you from booking a demo directly through the site (you can email Stephen instead).
- We will be unable to gather analytics to improve the product experience.
Disabling cookies will not prevent you from accessing the informational content of the site.
